Led by former members of the Australian Defence Force and defence sector and security practitioners, the Australian Security Leaders Climate Group (ASLCG) works to reframe the climate debate to address the threat that accelerating climate change poses to Australia’s security. The group aims to make climate an immediate security priority in Australia by assessing the full level of current and oncoming risk and building resilience for local and global protection.
