Survey questions assessed awareness of the active park equipment in the neighborhood and frequency of equipment use. [...] If respondents were aware of the park, open and close-ended questions were asked about perceived benefits of the equipment in the community, limitations of the equipment, and suggested ways to increase equipment use.
