State the significance and the educational, cultural, historical, and/or scientific value of the exhibition, and for the objects requested for indemnity, as a benefit to the American public. [...] (b) Explain how the risk of potential damage to the objects is justified by the purposes of the exhibition. [...] (c) Provide the name of the organizer, and the name and title of the staff curator responsible for the exhibition at each venue. [...] If a Certificate of Indemnity is awarded, the indemnitee is responsible for confirming the stability of the objects for travel and, if necessary, to assure the Federal Council at any time during the indemnity period that conditions of objects correspond to the initial condition reports. [...] Values may be updated for consideration prior to the meeting of the Advisory Panel; increased values will not be considered after the meeting of the Advisory Panel.
