Implementing Contracts 7.1 If the ESM requires any of the Services covered by the Framework Agreement, and unless the ESM uses a Release Order, the ESM will request the Service Provider to provide the Services and the Service Provider will provide such Services as agreed between the Parties in the relevant Implementing Contract. [...] After the expiry or termination of the Framework Agreement or the Contract, irrespective of its cause and as requested by the ESM in its sole discretion, the Service Provider will continue to perform all its obligations set out in the Framework Agreement or the Contract according to the fees specified in the Framework Agreement or the Contract until full and successful migration to the ESM or anot.
