[...] The changing nature of qualifications and credentials, including an increasing interest in microcredentials, directly influences the value of VET skills and competences and the ability of individuals to progress in both learning and working. [...] At national level, the learning outcomes form the basis on which national qualifications frameworks are built and is increasingly influencing the definition and writing of qualifications and curricula as well as the orientation of assessment and teaching and training. [...] Trainee’s main duties The trainee will support the expert in two thematic and tasks areas: Vocational excellence and Inclusion - Support the ongoing research on the future of VET project with a focus on the conceptualisation of vocational excellence and inclusion (and the way education institutions are organised to promote their integration in VET). [...] - Support the maintenance of the existing learning outcome database and the development of its visualisation - Support the organisation of workshops/conferences related to the work of qualifications and credentials - Update the content of the subtheme on qualifications and credentials in the new web portal.
