[...] Another not most minor relevant aspect is the need to promote research on the effectiveness of the jurisdiction, under the viewpoint of judges’ decisions, that contemplates the assessment of the filing of the suit and processing of demands, going through the decision process, in addition to the fulfilment of the right. [...] The three extreme profiles were classified as per the associations of the categories of the variables used in the model, into: y Countries with a high level of socioeconomic development, consolidated rule of law, and flexibility of labour laws; y Countries with an intermediate level of socioeconomic development, weak rule of law, and labour laws with a moderate-to-high degree of worker protection;.
