The Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works (MOCHMPW) in Bagdad will be the main recipient of the grant and will closely cooperate during the project implementation with the equivalent Ministry of Construction and Housing (MOCH) in Erbil since one of the pilot regions is within the Kurdistan region.
