The involvement of the local population is essential to the success of the project in order to ensure smooth collaboration between project staff, stakeholders and local communities, and to minimize and mitigate environmental and social risks related to the proposed project activities. [...] Engagement with the vulnerable groups and individuals often requires the application of specific measures and assistance aimed at facilitating them to participate in the project-related decision making so that their awareness of and input into the overall process are commensurate to those of the other stakeholders. The involvement of the affected parties in the Project Area of Influence and community members in the design and dissemination of information; b.
