During the project period, three of the five PDO indicators have been achieved,(PDO 1 – reduction in case backlog; PDO 2 – number of performance contracts signed, and PDO 5 - user satisfaction with the delivery of court. [...] Through the Mid-Term Review (MTR) process in 2015, the project was redesigned towards the achievement of service outcomes of relevance to the public.
