This report responds to key questions such as: why does water security matter for Albania, what risks threaten its water security, how is its performance constrained, and what measures are needed to overcome these gaps to enhance water security in Albania. The report is meant for policy and decision makers working in the space of water security or sectors for which water is a critical input, as well as non-state actors working on water security.
