- Preamble 1
- The Banks Standard Procurement Documents shall be used for all contracts subject to international competitive procurement and those contracts as specified in the Procurement Plan tables in STEP. 1
- National Procurement Arrangements 1
- The request for bidsrequest for proposals document including contract forms acceptable to the Bank shall be used. 1
- The request for bidsrequest for proposals document and contract shall provide the right to the Bank to review procurement documentation and activities. 2
- No preference shall be applied under competitive bidding following national market approach. 2
