[...] Trust Financial Information - Trust Financial Report On 26 June 2024, the Trust published the Financial Report of the Trust for the financial period 31 March 2023 to 31 March 2024, which includes the audited financial statements of the Trust for the period 31 March 2023 to 31 March 2024 and the Independent Auditor’s Report in respect of such financial statements. [...] There has been no significant change in the financial performance or financial position of the Covered Bond Guarantor (in its capacity as the trustee of the MBL Covered Bond Trust) or the Trust, since the financial year ended 31 March 2024, being the date as at which the latest published audited financial statements of the Trust were made up and no material adverse change in the prospects of the C.
