Recommendations by the representatives of countries participating in the Fifth Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf held in Warsaw are listed in this report. Five recommendations each are presented by the Medical and Audiological Commission, the Psychological C mmission, the Pedagogical Commission, the Social Commission, and the Commission for Communication Methods. The Commission on Vocational Rehabilitation and the Commission for Art and Culture list six recommendations each. Four recommendations are made by the Commission for Technical Assistance to the Deaf in Developing Countries. All recommendations were discussed and accepted during the closing plenary session of the Congress. A summary statement of the final address is included. (RS)
