Myanmar: Open letter to the ASEAN and its member states: Stop the ongoing human rights violations in Myanmar

In this open letter, Amnesty International urges the ASEAN and its Member States to work together and take immediate action to protect the people of Myanmar. Amnesty International also calls on the Indonesian authorities and other ASEAN member states to exercise universal jurisdiction and other forms of jurisdiction to investigate Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and any person who may reasonably be suspected of responsibility for crimes against humanity, war crimes or other crimes under international law in Myanmar.
