This has required significant investments in developing the necessary tools to obtain the list of candidates from the company, assign tests, and provide the scores in a user friendly format. [...] For the positions/vacancies in the control group, sourced candidates take the skill assessment test but their scores are not shared with the recruiters and the conventional hiring processes are used to make hiring decisions. [...] This depends on the requirements of the job, and the personality type the company is looking for. [...] The 6 images below show (1) the set of tests that can be assigned for a particular company, and (2) the means we have for sending the test to the candidates.
