This issue of the Biennial Report contains the Report of the Discussions on Essential Commission Business in 2020 in lieu of the 22nd Special Meeting of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the reports of all the meetings of the Panels, Standing Committees and Sub-Committees, as well as some of the Working Groups. [...] It also includes a summary of the activities of the Secretariat and the Annual Reports of the Contracting Parties of the Commission and Observers, relative to their activities in tuna and tuna-like fisheries in the Convention area. [...] Volume 1 includes the Proceedings of the Commission Meetings and the reports of all the associated meetings (with the exception of the Report of the Standing Committee on Research and Statistics-SCRS). [...] Review of the reports of the 2020 Intersessional Meetings, including Online meetings as appropriate and consideration of any necessary actions No comments were made on any of the reports of the intersessional meetings, and the following are thus deemed to be adopted by the Commission. [...] Other matters The Commission took note of the progress made by the Working Group on the Review of the Rules of Procedure; the work of this virtual group should be completed in 2021.
