This issue of the Biennial Report contains the Report of the 26th Regular Meeting of the Commission (Palma de Mallorca, Spain, 18-25 November 2019) and the reports of all the meetings of the Panels, Standing Committees and Sub-Committees, as well as some of the Working Groups.
