Madrid, 8 April 2021 ICCAT CIRCULAR # 2253 / 2021 SUBJECT: MEETING OF THE EBCD TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP As noted by the Chair of the Permanent Working Group in his summary report, a meeting of the eBCD Technical Working Group is needed in 2021. [...] Heads of Delegations are requested to inform the Secretariat of the names of the representative(s) of their CPC as soon as possible, and not later than 1 June 2021. [...] Any late submission of the official delegation may cause delay on providing access to participants to the meeting and to the related documents. [...] The objective of the meeting will be take stock of the state of play of system implementation and discuss proposals for development originating from ICCAT subsidiary bodies (PA2 and BFTCT WG), Secretariat and/or TRAGSA. [...] As has been the practice in the past TRAGSA will be present in the meeting and simultaneous interpretation will also be made available.
