The report should also include: brief readout of the meeting with the Akhmeta and Tsageri City Halls to discuss the first drafts of strategies and action plans; detailed report on the results of the public discussions of on the Second Draft Building Integrity and Transparency Strategies and Action Plans of Akhmeta and Tsageri City Halls; photos/screenshots and sign in sheets/event tracking f. [...] may, at any time, without notice to the sureties, by written order designated or indicated to be a change order, make any changes in the work within the general scope of the contract, including but not limited to changes: (i) in the specifications (including drawings and designs); (ii) in the method of manner of performance of the work; (iii) schedule for the performance of the work.
