‘When we were in the refuges and homeless I used to go for a lot of runs in the morning and shelters, we were all really desperate for human we lived in a farm area. [...] And they were trained so they were safe so long when the kids were young, it was always to be around in my vulnerability.’ a big thing to talk about family history, and to find ways to connect our life, the children, events or ways of being back to family history.
