Local Governments and Sustainable Urban Development; A Case Study of Punjab

The province of Punjab is found to be suffering from the concentration of power which is leading to inefficiency in the form of duplication of efforts, ambiguity of jurisdiction and act as a demoralizing factor for LG representatives.
