[...] While the power consumption in the electrolyser is a fixed value of 50.5 kWh per kg of H2 output, the surplus power depends on the share of wind and solar power at a particular raster. [...] The starting point for computing LCOH is LCOEs and the wind and solar potential and PLFs in the raster. [...] This is because the PLF and hence the LCOE of solar power remains the same across most states in the country.
