[...] Person specification • An ICE Fellow (FICE) who gives freely of their time as a volunteer • A high level of subject-matter expertise in options for funding and financing infrastructure development, in particular, how the key aspects of this topic interact at the UK level • Prepared to work with ICE policy and public affairs staff to drive the ICE’s policy and public affairs activities forward • Ab.
