[...] 28 Reports on the outcome of monitoring and the use of the enforcement procedure that Member States shall submit to the Commission for the first time in December 2021 and every three years thereafter will show progress in the practical implementation of the Directive and in the accessibility of public sector website and mobile applications over time. [...] Subject to the respect of certain basic principles, such as those laid down in Articles 2 and 14 of the Treaty on European Union, it is the competence and the responsibility of the Member States to lay down the specific conditions for the conduct of elections, and of the competent national administrative and judicial authorities to ensure compliance with applicable law and relevant standards. [...] The EU will share its strategies and practices on the implementation of the UNCRPD in UN multilateral fora, such as the Human Rights Council, the Commission on the Status of Women, or the Commission of Social Development and with regional integration organisations, such as the African Union, ASEAN or USAN. [...] Supporting implementation through EU funding To support the implementation of this Strategy and of the UNCRPD, the EU will continue to promote the use of EU funding by the Member States as provided for in the Multiannual financial framework 2021-2027101 and by new funding opportunities under NextGenerationEU, the Recovery Plan which will lead the way out of the current crisis and lay the foundatio.
