Confirmation of the Minutes of the 18th AGM held on 21 June 2019 2.1 The draft Minutes of the 18th AGM was posted on ICE website and Members were notified to peruse the AGM meeting paper in advance. [...] 3.2 Dr Eric Li presented the Chairman’s Report and highlighted the key accomplishments in the 2019-20 session, including: a) The number of ICE members in Hong Kong; b) Impacts of social unrest and COVID-19 pandemic, and the new measures adopted to overcome the challenges; c) A brief summary of the events organised during the session; d) The ICE HKA and ICE HKA G&S Facebook and LinkedIn pages being. [...] The total net expenditure for 2019 was HK$557,324.33 plus the accrual of HK$40,000.00 for the 2019 Site Visits to Mainland China to be HK$597,324.33, which was 72% of the total budget of HK$773,852.88. [...] Not only that some of the candidates having planned to have the CPR in the UK could not make the trip, but also that the international reviewers supporting the HK CPR could not land in Hong Kong. [...] He gratefully acknowledged the sharing of the HK team and would make a summary conclusion on the subject “How a Coalition of the World’s Engineers can Change the World” at the end of his year-long round- the-world virtual tour.
