1572(2) /LXXIX-V-1-20-1(ka) 24-20 Dated Lucknow, August 31, 2020 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of the Uttar Pradesh Swavittaposhit Swantantra Vidalaya (Shulk Vniyaman) (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2020 (Uttar Pradesh Adhiniyam Sankhya 21 of 2020) as passed by the Utta. [...] In section 8 of the principal Act for sub-section (11) the following sub- section 8 section shall be substituted, namely: — (11) Where the recognized school or any person is aggrieved by the decision of the District Fee Regulatory Committee, it may, within thirty days from the date of such decision, prefer an appeal, in such manner as may be prescribed to the Divisional Self- Financed Independent. [...] In section-9 of the Principal Act, — section 9 for the marginal heading, the following marginal heading shall be substituted, namely: — "Divisional Self-Financed Independent School Appellate Authority"; for sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) the following sub-sections shall be substituted, namely: — (1) There will be a Self-Financed Independent School Authority in all the divisions of the State, which. [...] (2) An Appellate Authority, provided in section 11 of the Uttar Pradesh Private Professional Educational Institutes (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006 shall function as Self-Financed Independent School Appellate Authority for the purpose of this Act unless a Divisional Self-Financed Independent School Appellate Authority is constituted in all Divisions of the State by the Gove. [...] (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the principal Act as amended by the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all material times.
