[...] EDT Recommendations from the Advisory Committee on Resource Mobilization regarding the adequate entity to receive and disburse the revenue generated by the multilateral mechanism The Working Group at its second meeting included in its recommendation a placeholder for administration of the fund pending a final decision by the Conference of the Parties. [...] The Advisory Committee on Resource Mobilization, at its third meeting, examined the adequate entity to receive and disburse the revenue generated by the mechanism established under decision 15/9 (CBD/COP/16/5), and the Committee considered the advantages and disadvantages of several fund host options. [...] The co-chairs of the Committee of the Whole, together with the co-chairs of the Advisory Committee on Resource Mobilization, will convene this webinar to provide a summary of the outcomes from the third meeting of the Advisory Committee.
