(b) On the trial of any action for the recovery of any call, or of any interest or expenses in respect of any call it is sufficient to prove that: (i) the name of the Holder sued is entered in the Register as the Holder or one of the Holders of the Securities in respect of which such debt accrued; (ii) the Resolution making the call is duly recorded in the minute book; (iii) notice of such call wa. [...] 13.4 Contents of notice of postponement of Meeting A notice of postponement of a general Meeting must specify: (a) the postponed date and time for the holding of the Meeting; and (b) a place for the holding of the Meeting which may be either the same or different from the place specified in the notice convening the Meeting.
