Concept Note Munich Security Conference Munich Security Conference 2025 Side Events Application Guidelines MSC Side Events Each year, the MSC offers the unique opportunity for leading institutions to host an official side event within the framework of our flagship conference in February. [...] The MSC reserves the right to select up to 20 % of participants of a side event as personal invitees of the Chairman of the MSC. [...] Event Staff and External Guests Side events hosts may nominate up to a maximum of two representatives who will receive access to the event venue for the duration of the side event and up to one hour before and after the side event. [...] Due to limited capacities inside the Hotel Bayerischer Hof, temporary participation in the main conference program is only possible in exceptional cases at the personal invitation of the Chairman of the MSC. [...] The MSC reserves the right to allocate time and room slots, as well as approve the event topic in order to ensure overall cohesion of its program.
