The kickstarting and driving larger transformations in the aid DCA International Strategy 2019-2022 and the Global sector – such as in the aftermath of the Indian Ocean Results Framework (GRF) guide all DCA programming and tsunami in 2005, after which the predecessor to the Core it is towards the three long-term goals of Saving Lives, Humanitarian Standards (CHS), the so-called Humanitarian Buildi. [...] The ability to understand and respond and partners tested new modalities in 2019 — using apps to such changes was crucial, and during the year DCA and e-governance systems — to engage with and ensure developed a comprehensive tool kit to strengthen accountability of duty bearers in support of inclusive the ability to perform conflict-sensitive analysis and policy and law formulation processes.
