The details of this disclosure will include at a minimum, the purpose of the trip, the identity of the sponsor/organizer, the destination, and the duration. [...] Any new Investigator, who, subsequent to the submission of an application to the PHS Grantee for funding from the PHS Grantee, or during the course of the research project, plans to participate in the project, must similarly disclose their SFI to the COIC/designated official promptly and prior to participation in the project.
