Request for Offers for conducting Assessment and Validation of the Monitoring and Evaluation System

IACA-2021-GM-0014 REQUEST FOR OFFERS Dear Sir/Madam, The International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) is pleased to invite the submission of offers for the provision of conducting Assessment and Validation of the Monitoring and Evaluation System of IACA’s Project, "TEACH (Train and Educate Anti-Corruption Champions)" to Fight Corruption, as specified in the annexes. [...] IACA’s legal status in Austria, including privileges and immunities, is defined by the Agreement between the Republic of Austria and the International Anti-Corruption Aacdemy regarding the Seat of the International Anti-Corruption Academy in Austria. [...] Exceptionally, IACA may request the bidder to extend the validity of the offer, indicating the new validity period required and expressly referring to the possibility of modifying the offer or no. [...] According to the Funding Agreement, IACA has to have in place a progress monitoring and impact evaluation system that helps gather, analyze, and report to Siemens right from the beginning and throughout the Project, relevant changes to Project relevant baseline data and indicators as described in the Full Proposal, and that shows how the agreed Project Objectives, milestones and timelines have bee. [...] Purpose and scope of the services The purpose of the assessment and validation of the monitoring and evaluation system is to validate the developed baseline assessment, theory of change, monitoring system for the implementation of Project activities, and evaluating system for Project Outcome and Impact.
