This report explores the barriers and enablers of equitable partnerships among organisations with unequal power and resources and captures lessons learned and recommendations. The report presents the findings of research conducted from 2022 to 2023 that included a literature review, analysis of internal policies, processes and tools, and a series of dialogues involving a wide range of IIED partners, peer organisations and funding partners.
