[...] The primary functions of the traffic impact study are: to determine the existing traffic conditions on the road network surrounding the proposed development; to estimate the additional traffic likely to be generated by the proposed development; to assess the impact of additional traffic on the existing and future road network system; and to identify roadway improvements and alterations in the site.
