Acknowledging the hard mahi that has been done this year, acknowledging the effort and commitment of the staff of the InternetNZ Group as a whole, the innovation, the rigour, the facilitation, convening, learning and connecting - it has been a year of huge achievements and I want to thank and acknowledge all the staff for your contributions. [...] Some key points were the diversity of people in the group that made the discussion rich and nuanced; she appreciated the long term members in the group seeing them as holding the whakapapa of the organisation. [...] Summary Following the October Council meeting, Committees have met to appoint the Chair of the Committee and to review the Committee Terms of Reference. [...] ● The Committee is authorised to make reasonable arrangements as it considers necessary for travel, accommodation, meals and meeting facilities for members of the Committee, advisers to the Committee and staff at the expense of the Society. [...] The Chair and the Secretariat shall agree to and distribute an agenda and any related papers one week prior to the meeting to members of the Committee and invited members of staff.
