The handbook compiles the outcomes of the Baltic 2030 Capacity Building – Localizing SDGs Programme, a platform for local actors to understand their role in the promotion of the SDGs, to network and to learn from each other about existing solutions and best practices for an integrated implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the New Urban Agenda.
