The project will be implemented by the Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) under through the Ministry of ICT and Innovation and the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD). [...] Therefore, ESS2 requires working conditions and management of workers relationship including terms and conditions of employment, nondiscrimination and equal opportunity, workers organizations; protecting the workforce including child labour and minimum age and forced labour; grievance mechanism and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
