The ESSA reviewed the applicable national and local E&S safeguard systems and procedures, assessed to what extent the national and local systems comply with the core principles and requirements of the Bank PforR policy and directive, and proposed actions to fill the gaps and recommendations to improve implementation effects based on the issues identified in the assessment.
