The project will be jointly implemented by the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) through its Department of Planning and the Department of Skills Development and Employment and the Department of Planning with focused implementation units to be established under each of these ministries. [...] Measures and steps to manage potential risks of excluding the vulnerable and ethnic groups including women and people with disability will be developed at appraisal and summarized in a checklist with clear implementation and monitoring arrangement and agencies assigned to be responsible for each measure/step.
