The proposed knowledge and support technical assistance cluster (TA) will strengthen debt sustainability and debt management practices in four developing member countries of the Asian Development Bank during the period 2021 2023 that benefit from concessional assistance under the Concessional Assistance Lending Policy for the Asian Development Fund (ADF) 13 Period, namely the Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The capacity building TA supports alignment with the Sustainable Development Financing Policy (SDFP), and is aligned with the priorities of ADB's Strategy 2030. The TA also supports implementation of Sustainable Development Goals 1, 5, 16 and 17 under Agenda 2030.
