[...] Every year neo-Nazi marches are held in honour of Bandera, with the assistance of the authorities, and the “hero” himself is vaunted by the authorities as a fighter for the Ukrainian idea. [...] This approach is contrary to the Charter of the United Nations and the Helsinki Final Act, not to mention the verdicts of the Nuremberg Tribunal.
