[...] Managing the crisis at the level of the European Union includes the provision of liquidity by the European Central Bank (ECB), financial support from the EU budget and programmes by the European Investment Bank (EIB) and a credit line from the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) with conditionality focused on the effects of the pandemic.
