He also reported that there have been updates to the Google group listserve and the Moodle course and that he expected to come to the end of his 3 year term this year, but due to COVID-19 is willing to stand for one more year, as will be determined later in this meeting 8. [...] Flexible Pre-Major Changes - Mike Winesmann indicated that Fiona McQuarie’s report on the FPM is out (see moodle) and that it tracked use and found a lack of awareness of the FPM indicating that it is not functioning as a transfer vehicle. [...] - Linda asked if the FPM is gone how are the two-year transfer colleges to manage transfer with this or should they use the Associate of Arts which has a limited fit to the FPM? -Mike responded that that the Articulation Research Program funds might be used for conducting a review of the FPM in psychology. [...] -Debbie said that we need to expect that everyone is writing “open book” exams -David said that it is possible to do Zoom login for exams where instructors can watch students write their exams, and that there are some proctoring websites that can also be used. [...] -Chris said that for the stats courses at OC that they use a lockdown browser but there is a bigger concern over data collection for students in their methods course during COVID-19, expressing concerns that there is not technology available for data collection.
