[...] 2.1 Commercial Fishing Revenue to the State of Alaska The commercial fishing industry provides 15 sources of revenue for the State of Alaska. [...] There is also loan interest, some of which is used by the Division to administer the funds, some of which is returned to the loan funds, and some of which remains in the General Fund to be used for any purpose by the legislature. [...] Second, most costs are concentrated within the Department of Natural Resources, and these, in turn, are concentrated in the Division of Mining, Land and Water, the Office of Project Management and Permitting (OPMP) and the Division of Geological and Geophysical Surveys.
