Protection of the Arctic Marine Environment Working Group's progress report to SAOs, including list

PAME welcomed the proposal to establish an Arctic Shipping Best Practices Information Forum and is in the process of reviewing draft Terms of Reference (ToR) in this regard with the aim to approve before or at the PAME I- 2017 meeting.
