Constitution Name The Association shall be called The International Counter-Terrorism Academic Community (ICTAC) Aim The aim of the Association is to promote the development of an interdisciplinary non-partisan international academic association of institutions and experts in the field of terrorism and counterterrorism with direct interaction between members Goals: Facilitate and coordinate intera. [...] Executive Committee The Association members shall elect the following members of the Executive Committee who will be responsible for implementing and coordinating ICTAC's activities. [...] The quorum for the Conference shall be a majority of the full members. [...] The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the organization of the Conference. [...] At the Conference the members will receive and consider reports of the Executive Committee, discuss any matter relevant to the purposes of the organization; adopt resolutions consistent with this constitution, decide a work program for the next two years and vote the next Executive Committee Resolutions adopted by the Conference shall stand as an expression of the views of that body The Executive.
