Today the Polaris Institute has release an in-depth report titled “ Unplugging the Dirty Energy Economy: A Corporate Profile of the Canadian Pipeline Company TransCanada.” TransCanada is the company behind the Energy East and Keystone XL oil pipeline projects as well as many other natural gas pipeline projects. It is our hope to share this resource with as many relevant activists and communities along the route of TransCanada pipelines as possible. It is meant both as a warning for communities as well as a tool to better understand and unravel TransCanada’s activities and tactics
