[...] Her research focuses on the security implicaEons of climate change on forced displacement, as well as in the ArcEc and in the mariEme domain, and the role of transatlanEc cooperaEon in addressing these. [...] He is also a Fellow with the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary History at the University of Toronto; the ArcEc InsEtute of North America; the Centre for Military, Security and Strategic Studies at the University of Calgary; and an adjunct professor with the Brian Mulroney InsEtute for Government at St. [...] Among other issues, he has studied and wriden on the relaEonship between climate change and insecurity, peace and security issues in the Middle East, peacebuilding, the ethics of forcible intervenEon in conflicts, gender and conflict, nuclear arms control and strategy, and global conflict drivers, dynamics and trends. [...] He also served as the Special Advisor to the Vice Chief of the Defence Staff at NaEonal Defence Headquarters in Odawa prior to his selecEon as the first Canadian Deputy J3 for OperaEons at United States Indo-Pacific Command in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he led the preparaEon for and execuEon of a range of US and mulEnaEonal operaEons and exercises.
