It was noted that some of the actions had been completed the morning of the Commission meeting. [...] The Commission discussed NPM involvement during the gap and it was agreed that AB would sit in for the Commission at NPM meetings. [...] LB shared some of the activities the Commission engaged in after the last report. [...] The Commission discussed the possibility of engaging rights holders in the post-submission activities. [...] The Commission acknowledged and thanked JR for her efforts as the Commission chair in the last 6 years.
