Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania, et al. v. Robert P. Casey, et al., 505 U.S. 833 (1992), was a landmark case of the Supreme Court of the United States regarding abortion. Wade (1973), altered the standard for analyzing restrictions on that right and crafted the undue burden standard as a substitute.
